Referring Physician Information
We appreciate the trust you place in us by referring your patients to Carolina Urology Partners (CUP) for urologic care. All of our physicians are capable of diagnosing and treating the full range of urologic problems and are board certified, and many are fellowship-trained in specialized areas.Please feel free to refer a patient to any CUP physician. If the patient will be best served by another CUP physician within one of CUP's Specialties, the CUP physician will refer the patient to the most appropriate physician. We will work closely with you to provide the best care for your patient.

Carolina Urology Partners and Intuit Health have teamed up to improve access and simplify the referral process for our referring providers.The Intuit Health Referral Network eases the physician-to-physician referral process by enabling your practice to send physician referrals electronically to our practice - quickly, easily, and securely. Using the Referral Portal, you can electronically send information including the patient demographic and insurance information, as well as the reason for referral and any supporting medical notes, attachments, and images through an easy to use web-based interface. You can also track the status of the referral at any time and receive a consult report and results in a timely manner.
